  1. Yes, I genuinely think this team’s identity is underdog. They will be perceived as underdogs again during the NLDS, no matter who they face.
  2. 2018 we were rolling with Gio Gonzalez, Woodruff (rookie),, Chacin, Miley, Peralta (rookie), Burnes (rookie). Brewers had the lead or were tied late in all seven games in the NLCS.
  3. Aaron Judge does it in New York which is worth bonus points, perhaps legitimately?
  4. I’m excited for the Brewers to recapture their underdog mentality in the playoffs. While the team has continued to perform at high levels, it is difficult to consider yourself an underdog when you have been the undisputed best team in baseball for several weeks.
  5. Great job, Durbin! Koenig has been very good since all star break.
  6. What I like about Monasterio is that even his strikeouts increase our probability of winning 🙂
  7. Six hits, two walks and the benefit of two errors
  8. Listen, just because Ortiz has zero put outs today doesn’t mean his defense hasn’t already saved us multiples runs 🙂
  9. That we will sweep the NLDS too quickly and risk being rusty for NLCS 🙂💪
  10. Also, Brewers have .600 winning percentage over last ten games.
  11. Murphy clearly understands the team plays better when they are underdogs. Losing in the short term is better for the long term? 🙂🤷‍♂️
  12. If we had simply traded for Ryan O’Hearn then this would not have happened
  13. We swept Phillies in Philadelphia this year. We probably will be alright either way.
  14. If a team has a 99% probability to win a division, I suppose they are allowed to lose the division once every 100 years 🤷‍♂️ I know we get worked up over probabilities sometimes.
  15. I haven’t checked but wouldn’t surprise me if we have a .700 winning percentage with this lineup in 2025 🙂 Minus Zimmermann
  16. Mets overcome five run deficit to take 7-6 lead over Cubs. Chicago bullpen shaky plus costly error by Dansby Swanson.
  17. Marlins tie Phillies in the 9th. White Sox lead Yankees. Twins lead Rangers. Pirates beat Reds. So much for easy schedules 🤷‍♂️
  18. I haven’t seen any comments. I assume Collins is getting rest. Plus, his September OPS is .599.
  19. Chicago is the only fan base that could bring 25,000 fans to our stadium. I think Chicago plays up for Milwaukee and plays down to nearly every other opponent in the second half.
  20. The Great, Horrible Tragedy of the Man Who Wanted to Die This is about a Brewers fan? 🙂
  21. One more year of arbitration for Payamps, He made $2.95 M this season. I assume he will sign for less in 2026?
