Standings following the Western road trip
superfly replied to Est1970's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
That sound you hear could be the start of the toilet being flushed on the 2017 season. -
yuuuuge series, lets get a 3-0 here so we can walk out of Chavez with a 5-4 road trip even if we get swept.

OJ Mayo begging us to give him one more chance, says he owes us big for all the millions we paid him to not have his s--- together and he wants to make it up. If he really does have it together I wouldn't mind this to be honest, he really was solid before he went off rail. http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/20408862/oj-mayo-seeks-return-nba-eyes-milwaukee-bucks

I'm a big fan of Dupre and Yancey, so really hope they makes it. I think one might get stolen off the PS at some point if they go that route. I think Cobb is pretty replaceable and hope we put the money toward Adams/elsewhere and keep grooming replacements. Yes I love the guy and he comes up big when it's needed most, so feelings won't be hurt either way, but he's pretty useless during the regular season. Janis does nothing for me at this point.

Why would we need to pitch our 2nd best reliever in a 3 run game if we don't need to? Let the man rest, we're going to need him bigly vs COL, SF, LAD coming up.
-
SLUMP BUSTER!
-
Brent Suter is not good at baseball.
-
Cant make it up...now the pitching has imploded instead of the offense.
-
You folks need to calm down. A week ago the Twins were roadkill, and now they're right in the playoff chase. This team is much better than them, we need that spark though to clear the funk. Perhaps that was last night, we'll see....theyll get rolling again pretty soon. I'd rather have Phillips but walker is a solid pickup. Stearns clearly has a plan to his madness picking up rentals on the cheap father than splashing. He could very well have already decided that were moving on from Villar or something and is just making the best of the last two months to keep us competitive.
-
Well somebody hit the 21 run payday tonight
-
Yay for Aguilar 3 pitch K and Perez 3 pitch K....horrendous at bats.
-
Wasn't bottom last night? In all seriousness I have no use for this team personally right now. They aren't just losing tough games, they're being embarassed, have zero plate discipline, and the manager is clueless as well. It's a group effort of suck.
-
I think I've finally seen enough of Villar, and sogard was always a poor option. Playing Santana as a leadoff man is a joke, but what other option does counsell have. We need a table setter to jumpstart the offense.
-
If it isn't rock bottom, i'd rather not know what rock bottom truly is.

Can anybody refresh the definition of Optimism for me? I think I forgot and confuse it with strikeouts and balks now.
-
The Eric Sogard fan club sure is silent these days...guess that's what happens when a career poor hitter with zero power and nerd glasses falls back to earth.
-
Huh? I guess you and me are watching two different at bats lol. That said we're in the depression stage of grief.
-
The only guy out there taking professional at bats of late is Ryan Braun.
-
Nice meatball.
-
Now get the runs in.

BIRD DOG to PINEAPPLE for BIG SWEAT victory

Can we have a sweep of the Dodgers in their own building over these silly jerseys? -
I guess on the positive side the Giants have 3 early ones.... (??)
-
What part of not swinging at curves 3 feet outside the strike zone can't these guys get through their heads? It's embarassing.
-
a 10 year old could have seen the train wreck coming...by your reasoning one should just stand in the tracks anyway. and yes, i do think garza is an okay pitcher.
-
Is Counsell even alive?
