I had zero problem with Moss mooning, given the context and that they moon the visitors. I hated his TD but his celebration was hilarious as far as I'm concerned. I dislike machado as much as the next guy but I'm sure as heck not going to root for Boston about it. I'm just not going to root at all. -
Building a 2019 super-pen

Everybody's got Nelson penciled into the rotation for 2019 but I could see logic to having him work out of the bullpen to start out. I'm a big Jimmy fan, but given not pitching in over a year, and the injuries he's coming off of, a rotation spot is far from a given at this point in time. Anecdotally, I had my rotator cuff operated on 25 months ago. The strength is basically back, but not all the way. I know Jimmy is bigger, tougher, younger and harder working than I am. I'm just saying, I know that it takes a long time to come back from that type of operation. To suppose we're going to get what 170-200 innings from him next year, well I don't know about that. I'll be extremely happy and proud for him if he does it. -
Agreed, this seems like a waste.

On YouTube there’s a hilarious but very nsfw/un-family friendly Jim Brewer drunken rant about joe buck. I highly recommend it for any joe buck haters which I assume is everyone alive.

A few stick out as devastating losses that caused a sleepless night and a week of angry stewing. Badgers vs Ohio state 1993, blocked fg resulting in tie. Badgers vs Michigan 2001, the Brett Bell punt fumble when they had momentum and were headed for overtime. As for Packers, yeah I was livid after the 2014 game. But for me the worst was in 04 vs the eagles. Everyone calls it 4th and 26 but it was awful management by Sherman that cost them. Eagles never should have had that chance. And like in 14 I believe in every fiber of my being that we were championship bound. I’m actually getting really pissed off right now typing this and remembering those 4 games. Hopefully the Brewers give me a happy memory to last a lifetime this year.

Regarding that graphic, I seriously doubt the yankee push in Alaska. We transplants run the gamut of fandom but I cannot recall seeing yank swag and it’s not full of new yorkers. Lifelong Locals mostly don’t care about baseball but those that do are mostly mariners fans. I’d believe it if it had a circle with a slash through the N.Y. as in rooting for anyone but new york. There are plenty of folks wishing me well this fall with the Brewers. And i suspect we’ve got a lot of the fans across the country rooting for us too.
