  1. But of course now Reed is out, we just can’t get healthy. I never had much hope in Bakh but even throwing that out it is been a tough year of injuries.
  2. I have been burned out on my usual after work news watching and started watching Magnum PI and Rockford Files back to back on Get tv. I never realized it but they are pretty much the same show, Magnum just an 80’s excess version of the grittier 70’s drama. I still love both shows but Rockford files has aged a little better for sure.
  3. So the Carlos Gomez/Mike Fiers trade tree now stands at Contreras, Payamps, Gasser, and Crow? Am I missing anyone? I guess Crow is debatable since Taylor was included.
  4. Count me as another a disgruntled small market team fan who will never be happy to call a trade a win just because we unloaded salary. I don't care much about Taylor but Houser is a useful pitcher, we are worse with him gone in 24. Especially if Burnes is traded.
  5. I have ordered a couple of "world famous" pizzas on Goldbelly recently just to see if it was worth it. First, I got Lou Malnattis from Chicago as they sort of push that on their website. About 40 bucks a piece but probably worth 15. I don't really like Chicago style, too much sauce, so sort of blew it there. Crust was great but not enough cheeze, too much bland sauce and sausage wasn't so great. Then I did more research and found Di Fara was very highly rated in NY so tried that. Got the Neopolitan and these were much better pies, I think those were like $45 each, came with fresh basil is separate container and parmesan. I wouldn't order that again though, maybe if they were $25-30 shipped. I don't know if I will try any others, it was fun researching and splurging on Pizza from around the country but in the end I have plenty of good pizza options around me and while these others may be better at their restaurants just not so great out of my own oven. I might try something else though, all those deserts from famous bakeries may be the way to go.
  6. It may shed some light on the Jaire situation, he had a bad game or 2 coming back from the back issue earlier in the season. I think most of us suspected that he had issues with somebody, could be either MLF or Barry.
  7. 538 is no longer around and that had a nice tool where you could give the Packers wins the rest of the way and see what their playoffs odds are. Does anyone know of a different site that does that now? ESPN has one but it doesn't seem to do the probability part unless I am missing it.
  8. Sounded like he sort of threw the players under the bus for his buddy Joe too but he is going to step in a help fix the communications issues. 🙄 Barry will be here for as long as MLF is. This org is very slow to make changes.
  9. 158.3 passer rating for Mayfield. What a disgrace of a defense, does MLF have the courage to fire Barry tomorrow? Nope 😡
  10. Maybe we can cover Godwin? Geezus I hate watching when our defense on the field..
  11. They have snapped it in that exact situation a couple of times recently. I can't remember but seems like it didn't work out.
  12. I think the idea is we do it enough and we can trick teams by actually snapping it. I don't know that it is a sound strategy though.
  13. Man that punt was a killer, hopefully we can dig out of it.
  14. Well, if Jaire's time in GB is almost over hopefully he trashes Barry as the reason on the way out the door.
  15. I think FG's are underrated a bit right now, especially early in the game but it worked out. I am sure I am wrong but feels like that is the first play Enegbare made all year.
  16. Not such a bad decision now. Yes!
  17. Coaches go for those most of the these days, fans like it so not much blowback. Had the play Love just blew it.
  18. Dillon out, Jones in. Watson and Alexander out yada yada yada. Would be a big win, no turnovers please.
  19. That had to sting for Viking fans, they stuff Mixon on 4th down but he just muscles through for the TD. Then Browning starts chucking up prayers and the Vike DB's fail to play the ball and the WR's make great plays. Yes, it helps the Packers, as long as they beat the Vikes week 17 then nine wins probably gets them in now. But after Monday I am not counting on anything, all these games seem like tossups this year.
  20. I was thinking during the game that we really missed Watson, I hope he is back next week. Love was not good, bad throws early, bad fumble, bad pick. But as in most of his bad games he hung in there and doesn't completely meltdown. The defense not being able to stop a QB who escapes the pocket from gashing them has been a problem all season, another hole in Barry's scheme that is easy to exploit it seems. It was an all around loss, but the defense giving up the FG on really 3 easily converted plays on the last drive is sticking with me the most this morning. Pass rush didn't get close all night.
  21. Nixon….not sure what else to say. Other than fire Barry. 😡😡😡
  22. That has been open for teams all season. Vintage Barry scheming.
  23. Been feeling bad about this game all day, for a brief second I thought I was wrong after the first td but now it’s just what I thought. Gut check time, hopefully Love can settle in but man I am sick of Joe Barry.
  24. I wonder if the nfl finally stepped in and told the Packers to stop pretending he has a chance to play every week.
