  1. Since they have been doing that for around 150 years.
  2. These guys are looking forward to the 2030-2032 window.
  3. You’ve got to be kidding me! A grade school coach could have called better plays and have had superior clock management on Love’s fumble prior to half time and Love’s incomplete pass prior to the game tying FG. My goodness both MLF and Love admitted that. The 2nd quarter play was more forgivable. With a 13-9 LEAD with 21 seconds left in the half at their own 27 yard line, the safe play to call was to take a knee, especially with the lead. MLF even admitted he shouldn’t have trusted his gut instincts. But somewhat forgivable. The 4th quarter play was a complete screwup leaving only 1 second left to kicking the FG. Wasting the amount of time between plays during that drive and only 1 second left. Love has played enough football to know that.
  4. Offense, Starting pitching, Patrick Murphy, bullpen, base running (stealing bases) defense. P.S. I’d also like to add bunting for a base hit.
  5. Ortiz could go Arcia+ in the playoffs, but that will not matter if Chourio, Frelick, Contreras, Monasterio, Durbin, Collins and a host of others are as cold as ice. On top of that Murphy will need to put together a pitching staff with baling wire because of injuries and exhaustion. I’m not saying they can’t win, however making it and winning a WS looks pretty bleak right now. Hope they can do it.
  6. One, for total HFA! FOXNEWS.COM
  7. No one exactly knows.Unless you know of a stat the measures this?
  8. I suggest to throw Woody out there to start game 3 to see how he handles it. Murphy can pull him if things go south. What do we have to lose? If he works out we have covered having 3 starters at least for the NLDS. He remains under contract throughout 2025.
  9. 2026 is a mutual option. I was referring to the 2025 playoffs.
  10. If Trent Dilfer can win a SB, so can Love. He isn’t much worse than him.
  11. I say throw him out there in Game 3 of the NLDS and see what he has. At least give it a try. After all he is still under Brewer control and his contract runs through the end of the 2025 season.
  12. I’d still go with Miz starting game 3 and throwing the kitchen sink afterwards at them. Unless Quintana is ready.
  13. I’m afraid it most likely is the worst thing. Woodruff and Murphy sounded as if they had been down this road before and neither sounded positive that Woody would be pitching any more this season according to the MLB.com article this morning. With the Brewer pitching staff decimated it will be an incredible challenge to win a playoff series this year. It has been almost exactly 2 years since Woodruff’s press conference explaining that due to another shoulder injury his season was over. Déjà vu
