    So MiLB.com had Letson listed as the SP today for most of the week. Now Jesus Rivero is listed as the SP and Letson isn't listed for the rest of the series. Hopefully Letson is just second half of the piggy back this week. Birchard already went down with an injury. Don't want to see it happen to another young ranked pitcher.

    Freddy with about as ugly a pitch map you could see in that 1st inning. Basically everything was either center cut or non-competitve.

    They all had pretty low pitch counts and were on multiple days rest coming in. It’d be pretty concerning if they weren’t able to turn around and be available tomorrow. Pitches in the last 5 days from tomorrow’s perspective Peguero - 26 Megill - 16 Payamps - 20

    Bullpen should be pretty fine for tomorrow. I'd bet Payamps, Megill, Peguero, Uribe, Milner, Vieira are all available. Hudson is the only guy who likely is totally unavailable.

    Pirates are owed a few. Ump has definitely favored us today.

    He's been incredible in a not so easy role. Kind of want to go find the trade thread and see what the consensus reactions were to that trade.

    We won't know until they are home next, but Javik said it was being worked on.

    Rea and Ross both average 5 IP a start, so that's not quite accurate. It's pretty risky bringing a guy whose stretched for 4 innings and 50 pitches up for an MLB start. 1 bad inning and you might get a 2 inning start from him.

    They should definitely give him a shot, but he's not even re-stretched out yet. He threw 4.1 innings and 49 pitches today. Give him another start to bump those up to 5 and 75.

    Craig Yoho needs to be in AA. These A+ hitters just have nothing against him.

    That's a rough 8th inning all around for Adams. First a CS in the top of the inning that ultimately was the reason add on runs weren't scored then an error in the bottom half that tied the game up.

    Triple should probably have an asterisk next to it. Very generous hit ruling on a ball the RF just straight up whiffed.

    The Bats broadcast said that the Sounds do not believe Hicklen will need to go on the IL. Pretty incredible news seeing how much pain he was in yesterday.

    Carlos Rodriguez with some 2023 Robert Gasser bad luck in the 1st inning. Gives up a weak hit fly ball to LF for a double that a normal OF would definitely have caught. Then gives up a weak groundball double that was a sure out until it bounced off 1B and over Black's head.

    Luke Adams is also on injury watch. He was removed early on Saturday and didn't play Sunday. He's been removed early in multiple games and has missed multiple games.
