  1. Give 40-man spots to - Crow and Seigler Try to re-sign to MiLB deal - Martinez, Cornielle, E Garcia, Jimenez, Peek, Yeager Everyone else I'd be fine with exiting the org through FA. Maybe re-sign a couple catchers as it's always nice to have stability at the catching position in the minors.
  2. Personally I am going with 13-11.
  3. Alright everyone let's hear your Brewers record predictions for the month of July. Here's the schedule: 3 @ NYM 3 @ MIA 3 vs LAD 3 vs WSH 3 @ LAD 3 @ SEA 3 vs MIA 3 vs CHC
  4. Brewers ended up going 16-9. Nobody got it right as everyone guessed they would play 26 games not 25, but @Playing Catch and @docduany both correctly guessed the Brewers would win 16 games!
  5. Arcia sucks against breaking balls. Nothing wrong with the pitch call. Megill hung one.
  6. Just a really cool video going over Misiorowski's mechanics and how he's improved since his JUCO days

  7. Depending on how Hoskins plays over the next month, I'd look into upgrading 1B. He had that really nice hot streak but he's been slumping for over a month now. If it continues then I'm looking at O'Hearn or Naylor as potential 1B adds and shifting Hoskins into Bauers slot. Then trade Bauers for a bag of balls or something.
  8. Freddy Zamora is a league average AAA hitter with very poor underlying numbers. He has a .284 xwOBA, 21% hard hit rate, and 0% barrel rate. He's org depth/roster filler. Not an MLB roster candidate.
  9. Honestly kind of shocked he doesn't have better K numbers with that wicked breaking ball.
  10. Chourio has had equally large home/road splits as Yelich this season. Brewers in general have big home/road splits. These ranks are MLB ranks. Home - 153 runs (25th), .287 wOBA (28th), .300 xwOBA (30th) Road - 226 runs (2nd), .326 wOBA (5th) .324 xwOBA (14th)
  11. Freddy. Don't know why Patrick is an option over Freddy.
  12. Feels like this thread can probably just be closed at this point. Basically the only time there are new posts is when Jopal is trying to victory lap a bad start or Turbo trying to victory lap a good start.
  13. Misiorowski has this fanbase extremely hyped up. Shoutout Skenes who I'm sure factored in a bit as well.
  14. I mean we do not want him to win ROTY or even finish 2nd. It would be very bad for the Brewers.
  15. Actually I am going to amend this. With how terrible the NL rookie class is, Misiorowski even at just 75 innings would have a legit chance to finish Top 2 in the ROTY vote which would essentially lose us a year of team control. Just need to hope some of these NL rookies can start playing better.
  16. It's Top 2 finish not Top 3. NL rookie class is very weak but Misiorowski is probably only going to throw at most 75 innings for the Brewers this year due to his innings limit. Unless he keeps a sub 2.00 ERA, he probably won't finish Top 2.
  17. Yeah I’m with you there. I still have Pratt as a 50 FV prospect because I think he’s very likely to stick at SS but I’ve seen nothing from his bat yet that would make me believe he will be a really good MLB hitter. There’s just very little damage because he seems to have middling bat speed. Someone got a lot of grief recently for saying he was Arcia-esque but I feel like that’s not horribly off. I think there’s a ton of people just assuming he will eventually hit for power because he’s a bigger guy but I just don’t see it yet.
  18. For whatever reason it's in the Front Page News forum titled - Jacob Misiorowski Starts His Career with a Hidden No-Hitter!
  19. No. Also would take way more than that to get him.
  20. At this point I don't think any of those 3 teams are going to sell. Arizona's GM (I believe) already came out and said they are planning to buy at the deadline. Minnesota and Texas are only 2.5 games back of the playoffs right now. That would need to change for them to sell the players you have them selling. For your actual hypotheticals. Buxton will be way more expensive than that. Boeve won't net Suarez with the way he's played following shoulder surgery. Especially considering Suarez might be the most in demand position player on the block if Arizona does end up selling. Brewers likely think way too much of Pratt to trade him for a guy like Josh Smith. Brenton Del Chiaro the Assistant Director of Player Development with the Brewers is publicly on the record saying he thinks Pratt is an All-Star in the future.
  21. Tough luck for Made tonight. Two absolute bullet line drives unfortunately right at the right fielder
