I have a story that makes these situations sadder to hear about. Last night two Japanese women were sitting next to us at The Keg. I assume they were from Japan since they were wearing signed Japanese jerseys and were shouting at Aoki in a language that was not English. At one point they got up from their seats and just left their things sitting on the bleachers for two innings. They were large purses that had who know what still in them. They didn't ask anyone to watch their things (although I did take it upon myself to keep an eye on them). JaDerHeysdki was shocked they would just leave their things sitting there. I explained that the mentality in Japan was probably something like "It's ours. Why would anyone else take it?". In America, you have to be careful with people trying to take the things you are carrying. Off Topic: In the 9th inning a foul ball came down into the corner. Aoki saw them and tossed the ball up. The 40? year old woman that caught it was so happy she broke into tears. -
You can get a medical pass to take certain substances, but you must get that pass before taking. I assume that an abnormally low testosterone level might count, but I'm thinking someone wouldn't make it all the way to the MLB with that condition.

Not including ground ball hits, the Brewers had 8 balls hit to the outfield.

Fyi, the concession stands are packed because of these. Expect to miss an inning or two every time you go up.

A lot of times the hard to open packaging is done to prevent theft. If you do steal it, you will need to steal it with the packaging. This makes it quite obvious that you are shoplifting and didn't bring one with you to the store. They know what number called them and can probably figure out which to reset. I would sometimes call from a different phone number before I dumped their lousy product. The first thing it did was figure out which customer I was (enter my account number or address). It would skip this step when I called with my home phone that they had on file.

That I get to throw out the first pitch on Friday. And the fact that I should do better than Carly Rae Jepsom (sp?) means I won't feel that embarrassed.

Personal theory I've not heard elsewhere: I don't think he calls a good game. That throws some pitchers off. I think Wolf knew what he wanted to pitch. His rhythm would be thrown off waiting to get in sync with Lucroy and that was why he didn't want to pitch to him.

I've done BP four times in past years. This year I was not given that option, only the jersey or food vouchers. I think I'll be emailing my rep to see what's up.

Have you done the batting practice for season seat holders? I am doing that next month, that seems even better than just playing catch on the field. Hold on, how are you doing batting practice? I was not given that option this year. I was only given a choice between food vouchers and a Braun jersey. I even put down in the survey a couple of weeks ago that they should bring back the batting practice.

Cheap tickets do nothing for me. I already have seats to the game. The ATI zone tickets do nothing for me since they are worse seats.

In. Sorry, I had such a horrible game yesterday I didn't want to think softball for the rest of the night. Hopefully I get the yips out before the game tomorrow.

It is hard to say. In the middle of 2010, were any of us thinking that we would win 96 games the next year? It really depends on the new players we bring in, but we certainly don't have the talent to go get some good arms. I think it is a per game basis when they pack it in. I see the players pack it in after they see the starting pitcher give up 9 runs in the first 3 innings. The players spend the rest of the game going through the motions to wait until tomorrow. I don't blame them. They don't have the option that I have taken and leaving after 7 innings.

2013 Schedule - UPDATED WITH MAKE-UP DATE

We do play at 7:15 and it makes sense. They have 4 games to make up in the span of a normal 3 game span. So they bump up the times by 15 minutes each and add the fourth game at 9:15. This makes the schedule: CC vs White House 6:15 AL vs MB 7:15 Bang vs Brewerfan 8:15 Bang vs White House 9:15 But then White House would play a game, wait two hours, and then play their second game. So instead they took the 6:15 game and made that the 9:15 game while bumping up everyone else. That way Bang and White House both have back to back games. That was why our 8:30 game is being made up at 7:15. -

Really? I kind of like the Reds. They seem like a team that goes about it's own business instead of doing everything they can to make everyone else mad. I've also never met a jerk Reds fan.

I know I made a handful of posts in the 11-12 offseason that the Brewers were a 90 win team that lucked into 6 extra wins. Everyone thought we would roll out the same team and win 96 again. I tempered expectations by saying the same team could have had bad luck and could have only won 84. Although having a .500 record is way better than losing 106, but I'm still waiting for that championship. Making the playoffs 4 times in 43 years doesn't help accomplish that unless you follow a Marlins type tear down/build up and you have luck. Looking at the talent in the system, it will be at least 3 years before we have enough talent again. I'm pretty sure it will take much longer than that. -
The phone comes with a web browser. I use that instead of Tapatalk. I'm not paying extra money to post here, since I doubt this site sees any of it. What's bugging me? I was driving home from softball tonight. I didn't want to drive past The Keg near the end of the game. I hate traffic so I took the 894 bypass. It was down to one lane (out of three) for construction at 9:30 at night. I usually drive faster in the parking lot after a game. It also hurt that I didn't see a single construction worker in the 5 miles of closed lanes. I was so upset I tried to IM JaDerHeyski sitting at the game. Her phone didn't have service and wasn't receiving my messages. Between everything going on (I also had a bad day at softball), I was so mad I typed a NSFW word with the single vowel repeated 20 times. I didn't continue on and explain why I was so mad since traffic had picked up and we were now doing 5 mph on the freeway. I figured she wouldn't see it until later anyway. JaDerHeyski did see the message about fifteen minutes later and thought something bad had happened. Her and my sister left the game in the bottom of the eighth, calling me and worried about getting home as fast as possible. She reached me and I explained everything, but they were already out of the stadium so they continued to the car to return home. So my grumpiness led to them not being there to see Gomez's walk off robbed homer. Now I'm having an even worse day. Tomorrow ain't looking good either.
