Why does it seem like tons of pitchers have their 'best stuff' against our team? I think it's more than coincidence. I think our overanxious, not-able-to-hit-an-offspeed-pitch hitters help the cause A LOT.

 

Edit: Well, 3 runs should be way more than enough.

 

At this point, I'm kind of rooting for the no-hitter. I have never watched a full game no-hitter before.

Cubs lead the Mariners 2-0, while the Royals lead the Cardinals 3-0. So, the division lead will probably be down to 4.5 by the end of the evening.

3-0 lead for the Tigers with the way Verlander is throwing this thing is over. I hate to say things like that but, the way things have gone since we were 24-10 I just have no confidence right now. I wish I did.

well, I come here to check on things and I see we're getting NO HIT.

Against Verlander with a career high of K's. NO HIT.

And our crappy line up is getting NO HIT.

And the seagulls have are getting NO HIT too, just being annoying to hitters.

 

I'm glad I've been playing video games most of the afternoon. I would be pretty mad if I was watching us get NO HIT.
