I need to stop posting here, because I'm going to say a lot of things that aren't allowed on this board.

I will conclude by saying that I wish no good things in life on this umpiring crew.

What a steaming pile of garbage. Two calls go incorrectly against us on the bases today, and the strikezone is suddenly non-existent in the bottom of the 9th. Don't make us have to fight the freaking umpires, the Astros are decent enough.

Ok, first Brian and Bill say that Gagne's getting squeezed and he's getting no strikes. Now two people later Brian says Gagne has no control and Bill says Cuzzi's not calling them because Gagne hasn't proved he can throw strikes. Which is it, guys? Ug, sportscasters!

Are you watching the same game? I dont know what you are talking about. He doesnt get a strike zone and got screwed on an infield hit. Where is this blowup that you are talking about. What is Ned supposed to do? I think that is the blame for any situation these days. "Ned, what are you doing?, Do something"

If there is a single borderline called strike this inning against the Crew Ned needs to get himself tossed.

Edit: I fully realize his would require the Brewers working the count.

You don't get the call when you don't hit the target even when it might be a strike. The Brewers can't take advantage of the small strike zone because many of their hitters will swing at anything.

This is a game that will make me frustrated with some brewer fans. They are going to look at the box score and see that Gagne blew a save but they are not going to know about the terrible officiating in the 9th

I'm yelling at Bill Schroeder for the very same reason. 10 minutes ago he was all over the ump, now it's Gagne's control problem. Someone who just tuned in is going to just spew what Bill's saying and think they're a genius.

Five pitches so far this inning. One in the strike zone... five swings.

Exactly. They really need to work on this and bench guys who can't lay off pitches.

Yeah, too bad they used to have some guy named Gross who was great at taking walks.
