T-Plush. Love him throwing up the T to the Brewers fans.

Well that crappy pitching was bound to catch up with Wolf eventually.
This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

The consensus is that Wolf was lucky tonight, and yet when Greinke gets hit just as hard (granted he does have more impressive stuff and the Ks to show for it), half or more of the board talks about how *unlucky* he was.

Greinke's typical line is around 6 IP, 4 hits, 0 BB, 7 K, 3 ER. That's a little different than 7 hits and a walk in six innings leading to 2 ER.

Gotta give Colmenter credit though; he has been very sharp.

Sometimes you run into a good pitcher and have to tip you cap. And when the Brewers face a guy like this w/o Braun it is just that much harder to much a rally together

well here hoping for another 4 game split.
Serious question: Are you already giving up on not only this game, but on at least one more that hasn't even begun?

I'm not talking about his typical line. I'm talking about the games he's gotten smacked around. When 2 ER in 7IP is a bad thing I guess I don't know what to say. At some point the result is all that matters.

I never say Greinke is unlucky but Greinke gets more swings and misses in the first inning then wolf got in 6 tonight.

Wolf had more long outs in one game then I have ever seen.........too bad its still going to end up in a loss....we could have used a lucky win tonight

Yeah, I'm not going to say Wolf pitched great, because he didn't. But there is a weird dynamic to the whole appraisal process that goes on sometimes. Wolf is what is he. Better he pitch to contact than make things worse by issuing tons of walks. And he did it against the best HR team in the NL. None of it matters when your own team can't score.

I was working on my top 10 post for the MiLB forum, did Wolf just throw the ball away again?
