Marcum was unbelievably jobbed. Only fitting he gets Rolen swinging. Ball 3 to Votto couldn't have been any more a strike. I have the CIN feed and they showed it with the Fox tracker and the ball was neatly placed inside the upper right corner. No question about it.

Exactly. Let's get rid of the replacement umps!

I still detest Scott Rolen's batting music. Also Scott Rolen in general. Also the woo fans.

What is up with this? Where did it come from?

I just don't get it. I hadn't seen it anywhere else aside from Pittsburgh, and now it follows the Brewers to Cincy? Odd.

The bandwagon got pretty light after 2 lossese..... nice start from Marcum and balanced hitting. if bud norris keeps up his gem we are only 3 down in losses. a 7 game streak to finish out the season and a very possible 3-3 stretch for the nards and we have a tie!

A win tomorrow and they'll at least have half a chance when they get home (provided the 'Stros don't blow this tonight). I guess that's all we can ask at this point. I just want MP to be electric for these guys to finish out the season. They've earned it down the stretch.

Sweeping the Padres and Astros at home would not be THAT shocking. Also, the Cards going 2-4 against the Reds and Nats would not be THAT shocking. For both to happen, I guess would be a little shocking but not unheard of. Let's hope things hold up tonight (don't blow this Houston), get a W tomorrow and see what happens.

That's my wish as well, even if the season ends on October 3. I'm hoping for a large, appreciative and enthusiastic crowd on Friday at least. My brother and 12-year-old nephew are coming to Saturday's game, so having some excitement last into Saturday would be icing on the cake.

Not disagreeing with you but I did find it interesting that before last night, the Crew had not lost consecutive games in well over a month! Pretty hard to do.

Sweet jeebus, the Reds drew under 19,000 Tuesday night and barely 20,000 tonight. You CIN fans don't want to show up for a division champion, maybe the title should be transferred to a team whose fanbase would.

Dang, with my post count compared to some of yours, I feel like a AAA'er (maybe even AA or A) called up to help rally the team into the playoffs. This is going to be a tough task and I can feel the pressure but am going to embrace this opportunity.

It takes a village, Taylor Blue, to populate this forum. Nice work. ;)
