alex gonzalez=awful bat but great defense. not a bad player to have on the bench for defensive purposes. he can play at all the infield spots. its a shame that he can't hit worth a damn.

Did we really need to take a guy that hasn't pitched a game since last year, and make him the closer over a guy that's been lights out at the position? We won tonight, and K Rod got the save, but why are we messing with one of the few things that IS working on this team???
