this team is slumping badly right now. hitting has been absolute garbage the past few games.

Going to probably be the case tonight with Bianchi and Overbay in the lineup. It's just baffling to me that we won't let someone else take those roster spots - they can't do any worse.

Yep. Tough break that the Braves finally got some hits last night, the most all year. But the Brews are a better hitting team.

This makes the 4th straight game that I have to listen to the Atlanta announcers. It's brutal. (when Cards play them I get the Braves feed too)

only 8 pitches for Teheran. Pitching to the crew is way to easy lately.

Both teams come in hacking! Forget pitch count. It's over rated. ;)

Yeah, I guess!

You know a surefire sign that you're a really bad hitter?

When the opposing pitcher won't even put one pitch in the strike zone against Khris Davis because you're on deck.

When Overbay grounded out, Tom Glavine said, "He gets down the line pretty well for a pitcher."

Awesome

[sarcasm]This is all Wang's fault.[/sarcasm]

Can Hunter Morris really not provide as much offense as Overbay at this point? At least give the kid a chance; aside from pitching in mop-up duty, Overbay adds nothing at this point.
