Why can't we hit our best hitters all in a row?

Why do we need to bump up a crappy hitter to the #2 hole when Braun is out?

Would be a huge win, hope they can crack latos today!

yeah the segura in the 2 hole makes zero sense... especially with a great right handed pitcher on the mound. Good lord his WAR is 0 now.

Hopefully we'll get one good half out of Segura. It'd be great if he figured it out and got out of his sophomore slump.

Suppose Roenicke is banking on Segura's 7 for 16 on Latos. But without Braun I still agree the better move would seem to be sliding everyone up a spot.

looks like its gonna be a long day...gallardo has been solid but getting an actual "ace" would be nice

With Yo's option at 13M next year what are the odds the Brewers pick it up?

Is 12 wins and a 3.80 ERA worth 13M? That seems to be a typical year for Yo.

Gallardo shouldn't be picked up solely because he's never been able to even compete with Cincy and STL. He's atrocious against them and it has hurt us over the years not being able to depend on him when it matters. To me, use the $13 mil elsewhere.

Classic GoGo...swinging at the first pitch and getting himself out. It's starting to annoy me, even more so when the offense is - at the moment - stagnant.

Segura in the 2 hole is asinine... Makes no sense. I'd rather see Overbay in that spot than Segura.

I'm going to be glad when Brandon Phillips is no longer playing, just so he will stop robbing the Brewers of base hits. Man that guy is good.

Brandon Phillips is fun to watch. Second base version of Go Go defensively.

I think he would have had that ball...That fan completely robbed us.

Logan still should have thrown the ball in.

Absolutely, not sure what he is thinking by doing nothing...

The fan reached over for sure, but to me it looks like Logan would've missed the ball by a foot.

Edit: the angle from the infield actually looked like it was headed into the glove.

I don't have a stat on this, but it sure feels like we lead the league in "opposing pitchers taking a perfect game into the 4th inning."
