If you look at that you'll notice a lot of 'call hurts'.

That last one against Nelson in the Fowler AB was egregious. Obvious strike, turned 1-1 count and the rbi single ensues. Nelson pulled, Hader used for 1/3 inning. Now we've got Hughes in there and it's game over.

Just send Hader back down if this is how he will be used. What the hell is he point? BS!

I would have let hader bat if only because i had more faith in him getting a hit over franklin...or thames...or bandy, let alone the matchup vs carpenter looming.

Inexcusable. There is no reason not to let Hader hit in that situation. I almost wish Manny hadn't thrown out that runner to end the 6th just so Hader could've gotten through Carpenter.

Somebody tell Brian Lee's Summit is near Kansas City, not St. Louis. Of course it doesn't have anything to do with Texas so Brian can't be bothered taking two seconds to do research on such things.

Hopefully shaw can have a solid at bat and move em over!

Or maybe just let Rosenthal walk everyone.

Edit...or let the ump bail him out with a strike call on ball 3.

Gotta love an umpire saving an erratic pitcher.

Big hit right there. Shaw can be apart of my team any day.

How many runs do we need to score here to feel safe? 6? 7?

Just goes to show you that 100mph doesn't mean a damn thing without location and a second pitch to at least keep the hitter guessing.

I know Trevor Rosenthal is really good....but he was clearly lost from the start. After two walks he should have cut the cord. After Shaw's AB it just seemed obvious....but nope.
