Travis gets the first hit of the game for the Brewers. Tough ballplayer goes into the game when CC needed him.

This offense is a train wreck. No lead off man and no power. That's bad news for a strike out prone team that can really only score with HR.

It's amazing because in all my years watching the Brewers have never seen a starting rotation come up this huge when we needed it.

They have plenty of power. They happen to have several players slumping at the same time. That does not mean they have no power.

Now a two-out jam. It really does feel like another run could mean the game, it's that bad w/ this offense right now.

When is the offense going to wake up?

Archer is not a good matchup for the Brewers. Strikeout pitcher against a strikeout offense. We may have to wait until they use the bullpen.

I can't remember ever seeing a team that swings and misses at so many pitches that are literally right down the middle of the plate.

Villar is currently a better option than Sogard.

*ducks*

That's actually true, but not by much. He did have a nice little five or six game hitting streak not too long ago.
