Braun off and Perez at short. Nola has been tough this year.

I like Perez at as better than sogard, and maybe even arcia.

I could do without Thames leading off. Cain-Yelich have been doing an excellent job atop the lineup. About the only part of it that has been pretty consistent.

perez is a better hitter than arcia. he is a .255 lifetime batter

braun will pinch hit in the 7th or 8th inning

maybe domingo too

we have our 3 best relievers available too

Yeah Thames leading off was fine when we really had no one else that made sense for the role. When you have Cain or Yelich for it I don't really get it.

I do not understand Thames at the top. Why not hit him 3rd or 5th in this line-up? I'd put him at 5.

Wow, that was an incredibly difficult piece of 0-2 opposite field hitting by Perez. He has looked like a different guy lately.

Through 2 innings, already 0 for 4 with RISP with a GIDP and a K. Won't beat Nola if they don't start picking some of those up.

Maybe the Brewers should figure out that Hoskins is by far the Phillies biggest offensive threat and not give him anything to hit.
