If the ball was even near the warning track I might agree.

I'm not sure what Munoz was doing there. After he took the throw, nobody was even close to 1b for the cards. I looked like the contact didn't have to be so drastic and Munoz made it worse than it had to be.

 

I love when the bullpens jog out there when nothing is happening. Must be sick of playing Fortnite in the dugout...

Yeah I used to be on the side of an eye for an eye. And then I grew up. It does absolutely nothing positive. I wish the MLB went hard after anything they deemed to be intentional.

Are you not supposed to stick up for your teammates when they get plunked intentionally? Not retaliating only encourages them to bean players some more because they know there won't be any consequenses.

I agree, I didn't see that as being started by Sogard.

 

Well before anything was said Sogard went to the left of the bag (not by much...definitely noticeable though) to break up a DP possibility. Of course the throw helped make things way worse by pulling the fielder into Sogard.

 

Two guys not pleased with how that went. I don’t really see either player really in the wrong. Both seemed like whatever they upset the other with as a misunderstanding.

Dude. It was in blue for a reason. Your post was about as “no duh” as they come. Apples to oranges comparison. Again, looking for a battle I see.

We had relievers still arriving when the players were already headed back to the dugouts. Need to work on the cardio.

He collapses into Sogard for no good reason. Either his balance is complete garbage or he did that intentionally...
