"This is a very simple game. You throw the ball, you catch the ball, you hit the ball. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, sometimes it rains." Think about that for a while.

Inciarte should’ve acted like he caught it and then faked throwing the ball into the crowd, IMO. It wouldn’t have worked but it would’ve been great.

Robin Yount tried the “pretend you made the catch at the wall” once at the end of an inning.

Baseball is so funny……this guy has great stuff and we put up 5 on him in less then 5 innings……after getting dominated by lots of pitchers with less weaponry.

Garcia's .OPS is up to .770 and climbing. While he hasn't been as hot as Narvaez, he's also proven to be far from the offensive liability he looked like in last year's weird season. Nice to see the Brewers stuck with these guys long enough to let them turn things around.

Freddy has been good all year but he's been quietly more efficient lately. Very manageable pitch count through 5.

If he can turn into a 6-7 inning starter, look out for a 3 headed monster in the rotation.

Garcia and Narvaez, the two guys Andy Haines went and spent some time with this past off-season.

Urias has settled down of late and is playing some great shortstop.

It seems like when he has to “hurry” the throw they look a lot better than when he takes his time releasing the ball.

But to your larger point, yes he has made some nice plays recently.

Yeah ….no thinking…….the glove work has been really good all season……knock on wood.

If we really do actually have 3 aces it would be criminal for the Brewers to not increase payroll significantly over the next couple of seasons.

Jesse Biddle is like if Rick Vaughn and the pitching version of Rick Ankiel had a baby who didn't know how to throw a baseball.

The Brewers have now scored runs in four straight innings, and have had multiple runners on base in every inning so far today.

It's nice to have a game that isn't dependent on a perfect pitching performance with a 2-1 score or something like that.

Side effect of offense being so bad of late. Our elite relievers don’t get consistent work. And work in an 8-0 game is completely different than 1 or 2 runs leads. Hard to keep them sharp.
