They do look a little lethargic though. Maybe a bit tired from all the winning.

Part of the reason for the struggles is that you lose Narvaez in the lineup vs lefties and Pina is pretty stinky offensively these days so it’s like you’re batting two pitchers. Toss in Cain being pedestrian and you have 1/3 of your lineup not being very good. Need to really rely on the top half to make some adjustments going forward.

Perhaps they'd score more if they quit looking at pitches splitting the middle of the plate and swinging at ones six inches out of the zone.

That would seem to be a problem.

Can anyone say what pitch is Daniel Norris good with?? It seems like he isn't great with anything.

His changeup has been very effective the past two seasons.

Not just “at Night” anymore.

I think we are long past the point where we should expect that Yelich is going to do anything helpful in any huge AB.

 

He is on top of everything. Hits everything into the ground and can’t seem to square up on anything anymore.
