That was meant as a play on the line I heard years ago that Bob Gibson was lucky because he always pitched on days when the opponent wasn’t scoring any runs.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

FWIW:  I LIKE the Brewers' radio guys: Lane Grindle, Jeff Levering, and Josh Maurer (if he's still around). And Uke, of course, for home games.  As far as I can tell from non-Brewers TV b-casts I've seen,  BA is a really good play-by-play guy; great voice at least.

Good idea to get thrown out on the bases to remove your best HR hitter as the potential tying run.

I realize that Tellez wouldn’t necessarily hit the HR if McCutchen had stayed on first because the pitches might have been different. But with the count in Tellez’s favor it would have been nice to give him a shot.

Because of course the Brewers hit a ball 103mph and it's an out and the Cubs backup catcher makes a perfect throw to 2B on a steal attempt.

I like BAs voice too but he really is saying so many dumb things lately and that always has infuriated me going back to the Mike Hegan days for me. Like we were on the cusp of the tarp coming out in yesterday's game. No, no you were not.

Keston needs to play everyday the rest of the season. He has absolutely earned the opportunity.

He's a guy you can be absolutely sure will not quit trying to be his best.
