Brewers nearing 100,000,000 in all time attendance

A bobblehead would be my guess.  Anything short of the Brewers giving out $1m to every person in attendance and even then that would be seen as being cheap by a lot of people.  I really hate when someone says significant as that could mean something different to everyone and only sets it up for disappointment.

I hope it's a cryogenic freeze for the lucky fan so they can wake them up and they can celebrate when the team finally wins a World Series.

You got to be kidding!  I just read past this the first time, but they are including the '69 Seattle Pilots attendance too!!!!

When have they ever included that dead part of the past into anything?  Maybe because it would put them into 2023 for 100,000,000 in attendance when the real celebration would occur and they need to increase 2022 attendance?

I wish they would have waited until next season for 100,000,000 Milwaukee Brewer fans not franchise fans and I do wish they did not use the word significant. I could be wrong, but when it is announced, I do not think it will meet my definition of significant.

half price upper deck tickets next year on any weekday day game of the fan's choice.

My bet's on something like this.  I mean, we already have the Attanasio hype of doing "something special" when Counsell hit the wins record and it was the same; just selling cheap tickets and the announcers practically turning the broadcast into an infomercial to peddle them.

You left out limiting the offer to the month of April (excluding opening day).

This "significant gift" is a slap in the face right up there with Clark Griswald being gifted membership to the "jelly of the month club." $6 doesn't even get you brat .... much less a beer. Makes me want to cancel my 20 pack for next year.

What, nosebleed seats and a bottle of water from the concessions stand isn't enough for you?

IS FREE UNLIMITED BEER FOR A GAME TOO MUCH TO ASK?

Yes.

Also, including Seatle in with the Brewers attendance is just plain stupid.

I wonder if they were counting on more attendance this year, and when it fell short they were like "Hey! If we include the 1969 Pilots' attendance, we should hit 100M at the end of August!"

In general, what they're doing isn't a gift and in my mind, it falls short of "significant."  (Though was that McCalvy's wording or the team's?)  I'm happy for the fans who can utilize it, but it does zero for season seat holders.

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

To me that's no deal at all for I can go on the Ballpark pass and buy my own food and still come out $3 Dollars ahead for I would not be paying the ticket fee that they clearly put on the deal.
