Still nobody out. Top of the order. Gotta kill 'em dead now.

Need to go up 3-1 at least here.

Only getting two runs in this situation will be a failure with the top of the order up.

Only getting one would be a momentum changer in the Cubs favor.

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

It’s sad that Yelich has become a guy you don’t want up in this situation.

I could have never imagined after signing that extension that Yelich would play so poorly that his #22 would probably not get retired.

Somehow…he is making that a pretty realistic reality.

Charlie Moore is more deserving of having #22 retired than Yelich.

Boy watching Brewers batters miss absolute meatball sliders dead center these first two games has me all sorts of disheveled. I'll take that flare and run for the exits!

He missed a couple of very hittable pitches before the wiff

I cannot wait to watch us choke away this opportunity and score zero.

I’m admittedly one of the most doom & gloom posters on this forum during games, but this post may win the prize as the most Eeyore of them all

Yelich would be the only Brewers MVP to not get their number retired. But I can’t imagine any fan wanting to see it happen the way this is going to turn out.

Braunie still hasn't had his number retired...

Now we get to see what the revamped bullpen can do when the opponent has to score.

Retire Braunie's number and give Yelich whatever PED's Braunie has left. Everyone wins.
