Jameson has made three multi inning relief appearances so far, so wouldn't necessarily expect him to go deep.

Be interesting to see how Junk's AAA starts transfer over, he has looked good according to our minor league guru's

Looking forward to seeing what Junk has got for a couple starts. With the injuries to our rotation it's nice to be able to turn to a somewhat exciting young guy like Junk as opposed to Jason Alexander or Chi Chi Gonzalez

Obligatory joke for this auspicious occasion

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

It's good to know when woody isn't able to go, we can rely on our junk to fill in.

Remember what Yoda said:

"Cubs lead to Cardinals. Cardinals lead to dislike. Dislike leads to hate. Hate leads to constipation."

Felt so good seeing Burnes return to his usual self. Excited to see what we have in Junk. Also Sounds bullpen is the best or close to the best bullpen in AAA which is awesome having depth or potential trade bait. Lets get that series W.

Did I miss something?  No Winker for the last 2 games and not in the lineup today?  Can't find anything on line about an injury.

He's sick.

Jameson is right handed?

My apologies, for some reason I thought Bum was starting this game

Time for Contreras to get off the snide and hit his 1st HR with the Brewers. He's reached far enough past overdue territory. That way Mitchell can rope a single, steal 2nd and 3b, then score on a wild pitch today.

Happy for a day game.

I missed Burnes's gem last night but was happy to watch the condensed game this AM.

Where do you find these?

I saw this guy start a Spring Training game and he appeared to be appropriately named.

Two Ks. One well-struck ball that skirted the foul line.

Tough crowd.

And the runner that scored reached on a catcher's interference.

I was referring only to the one time I saw him before today.

In that game he gave up 4 hits, 2 walks and 4 runs and left without retiring a batter

I think the tough crowd is the posters who are prepared to pounce at the slightest thing that offends them.
