The Tigers are a really really bad baseball team but somehow the Pittsburgh Pirates are not only in first place over the Brewers, but have the best record in the National League.

lol baseball is stupid

Anyway, The NL Central appears to have the best overall record in the NL at a glance. Just as we all predicted, right?

Take at least two out of three from the hapless Tigers, have a few laughs at Javy's expense, and let's get back into first.

I'd say the Crew needs a sweep here, if only rebound from Sunday.

I don't think it's fair to ever expect a sweep in MLB...

I can’t believe we are 15-7 to begin the year & train the Pirates … that’s amazing!

Let's start the playoffs today!

Always get a little uneasy whenever we face a lefty, even though we have a lot of new faces in our lineup.  This feels like the one game in the series that could be a loss.  I feel good about winning the series.

The Brewers and Tigers take the field, Their pitching matchup is quite the yield. Rea and Boyd are set to throw, Their pitches fast and their movements slow.

The Brewers are ready to take the win, Their bats are hot and their heads are in. The Tigers are fierce and ready to fight, Their defense strong and their spirits bright.

It’s anyone’s game on this fine day, Who will come out on top, who will have their way? We’ll just have to wait and see, Who will be the victor of this great game, we’ll soon see.

The way the Brewers have hit against the few lefty starters they have faced this year justifies being uneasy. Having Rea as the starter backed up by a heavily used and struggling bullpen makes me uneasy too.

Boyd will be rendered null and void!

Rea will keep Tigers fans in dismay!

The Brewers will pound the balls with their bats,

While here we'll argue about Yelich's contract.

Between the Brewers sad lineup and the minor league pitcher on the mound, the Tigers should be favored tonight.

You must've not taken a look at the Tigers' sad lineup...

I did, But they will likely do better against a minor league pitcher and they won’t need much if the Brewers struggle like they usually do against lefties.

Im not saying the Tigers will win, I just think they have a significant pitching matchup advantage tonight.

Meh. Boyd isn't much better than a minor league caliber pitcher at this point in his career either.

But we have struggled mightily against lefties so far, so we'll see.

Boyd and Rea have virtually the same career ERA.

Rea just doesn't have anything resembling a put-away pitch

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave
