I actual feel the other way about counsell.    I’m not saying I’m right either.    I just think the players suck.   Like legitimately suck.    But that could be a brewers philosophy and counsell could be a part of that too

Wonder how much different this season would look with a Paul Goldschmidt type hitter in the four spot.

The lack of production from the middle of the order is just brutal.

I’m not sure what more Counsell can do.  The team is some how above .500 with an absolute trash roster.  Sure they play in an awful division but it’s a minor miracle that they’re only a half game behind coming into today.

How is it Arnold's fault that a bunch of players he inherited are playing like total trash relative to their career norms?

Adames, Urias, Taylor, Brosseau, Tellez, Burnes, Peralta, Lauer, Bush...if those players were playing even close to how they played the last 2 years we would be running away with the division.
