Turang, to me is worth letting work.  Defense is great, speed is unbelievable.  I watched JJ Hardy bat 180 for a year and played all season, every day.  Turang seems like that type.  let him get his at bats and see him improve.  I also don't think he has gotten his "man" weight yet.
