First delayed start in a while! Has there been one this year?

There was one against the Pirates in June I believe.

Frelick with the double. I love it.

Any hitting coach that messes with that swing needs to be banned from MLB for lifetime.

Whoever predicted Frelick, Monasterio, and Toro as the 4, 5, 6 before August got here please go to guest services to collect your prize.

2 runs?  That's a good start.

As long as they keep tacking on, yes.

You had another run in scoring position but the Brewers lineup ends at 6. Meanwhile Braves go 1-9 and keep on scoring. That's why Brewers are in trouble come playoff time.

So about that "run prevention" philosophy. It's bunk, always has been bunk. You know who is almost dead last in fielding in baseball? The team with the best record in baseball, the Atlanta Braves. Hitting wins folks.

I don’t think swapping Frelick and Adames would make much, if any, difference as long as Adames keeps hitting the way he has been.

You mean...NOT hitting.

Nonsense.  The Brewers have what, the fifth or sixth best record in baseball and third best in the NL (right behind the Dodgers) almost entirely based on run prevention but you go ahead and preach.

I wonder if/when Adames will ditch the high leg lift and excessive launch angle?

Probably won't happen in a Brewer uni.
