I know Monasterio recovered on that play with a big arm, but the Stretch by Santana is something I think Rowdy would have had to come off the bag for. Rowdy is a lot taller but that stretch required a little more athleticism then one might think at first blush.

I think his defense at first has been a difference maker.

Are they allowing Anderson to drink in the dugout if he isn’t allowed To play?

Who is tasting sticky floors?!?!?

Huh?  lol.  We don't have to endure those commercials on MLB Extra Innings.

I seriously think we have to consider re-signing Santana to a 1 or 2 year modest deal.  The defense alone he brought to us has been just awesome!

I think you gotta do this.  I expect them to pick up the team option on Canha for 11.5 million, Non-Tender Rowdy, try to resign Santana, Trade Adames/Move Turang to SS, and use Black/Monasterio at 2B/3B.

I can sign off on that. Get it done.

Looks like the Cubs aren't going to help out (up 4-0 on Pittsburgh), so this needs to be a W.

Haven’t they won every game against  Pittsburgh?

Sooooo iritating.  That and the vizzy club music commercial.  ughhhh!

The one that gets me is the MLB TV ad featuring the Nico Horner walkoff: “Cubs win, Cubs win.”

Note: If I raise something as a POSSIBILITY that does not mean that I EXPECT it to happen.

Uribe is the equivalent of Curtis "Panic" Leskanic and K-Rod on the mound.  Its never easy, lots of terrifying moments, but the job gets done.

Am I the only person who thinks K rod is a brewer legend?

Except he gets the job done better (so far), but yeah, I'm always terrified it's gonna be a sudden walk-fest. Then he usually pitches well.
