Your wish is honored. We traded up 11 spots baby. Let's go!

Good. I wouldn't have minded if they traded the rest of their picks. I think there may be more value in UFA than most this year.

I truthfully thought it would be a sexier name like TJ Tampa when they moved up to get him. Oh well. Hopefully Williams will be good.

Probably not a surprise but Evan Williams really shined the week of the Senior Bowl.  If I remember right he had a nice pick in the end zone also during the game.

Packers love them some Senior Bowl players

Good one-vs-one pass rep clip in here and a very glowing Senior Bowl write up (to your point @Strike4):

Williams possesses outstanding instincts and toughness. His ability to match routes stride for stride gives him the ability to cover tight ends and slot receivers in one-on-one situations. Williams had a solid week, and he projects as a starting nickel defender at the next level.

That ESPN tape doesn't inspire a great pick.  Do they do those on purpose?  Doesn't fit a narrative and showing weak plays? Wonder why a player near 190 rank you trade up 11 spots and select over 70spots on its ranking?

Taking a punter in round 4 is a choice, Bears. Even if it is the Iowa punter.

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

I am just absolutely grateful the Packers didn't ake a kicker in the 4th. Yikes.

You have very strange faith in whatever you think is a definitive "ranking"....Especially when it gets to 100+ picks in.  I know you would rather have Jaden Hicks or TJ Tampa, but if you suggested that to GB's staff do you think they are unaware those guys exist? Perhaps you should tell them about the rankings!

He's going to get a lot of snaps, that's for sure.

Dammit, I had Evan Williams in but swapped him out for Omar Brown once I saw that they had Brown in for a visit.

Had Williams in last year before he decided to transfer to Oregon.

Take the 'W'. You get the metaphorical mulligan. You're a King of Kings. We all know.

Another thing people fail to realize with Williams last year: he played with a club on his hand the majority of the season. Again, Oregon staffers knew it and were quite clear: best defensive player. Yes, better than Jackson and Dorlus.
