Didn't know where to post this but saw old friend Cam Devanney made his MLB debut with the Pirates last night. I was always a fan of his as he worked his way through the minors so was happy to see this. 0-3 with a walk while playing 3rd base. Should likely see him when the Brewers visit them later this week.

Can’t wait to see what he can do while healthy. He’s sneakily one of my favorite prospects (that I know absolutely nothing about).

Definitely a lot to like about the stat line.

His 157 wRC+ on the island last year was third in the org behind Pena (173) & Made (167), and just ahead of Jose Anderson (147). Followed that up with a 149 wRC+ in 92 Arizona PA this year before the injury.

Career 50 BB to 42 K ratio, and has shown a little pop with a .147 ISO that is in the same neighborhood as guys like Jadher (.153), Payne (.152), Burke (.143), Yophery (.137), and Handelfry (.136) these last couple years.

Here's how Pat Murphy explained the Brewers' decision to keep Rhys Hoskins on rehab assignment a little longer.

The image contains a block of text explaining the Milwaukee Brewers' decision to keep Rhys Hoskins on rehab assignment for a little longer. The text details the team's current roster situation, mentioning positions like first baseman, DH, and pinch-hit situations. It also references Jackson Chourio's health and the youth on the infield, indicating that the 9th is Hoskins' last day on rehab assignment.

If this is wrong, I'll be heavily discussing Thomas's model with him 😅 signs suggest he has been unlucky with that ERA, if he can't just keep that confidenceimage.png

I just mentioned to my brother that Made is on the exact same trajectory as Chourio.

If Made rips up AA next year I wonder if Pratt becomes the hottest trade ticket in the league at the deadline...

As expected, a total of 6 home games for us with him here in Appleton.

Happy for us as Brewers fans, sad for us as TRats fans.

I was able to get to one game and he went Ofer lol.  But you can tell he was different and wasn’t going to be around long.
