Use a timeout!

It's amazing how coaches treat time outs like gold when they should use them but have no problem giving them away two minutes into a half.

Yet another huge game in which MLF, his offense, and his prized QB crapped the bed in the first half of a nationally televised game.

Absolutely.  We can be fooled by the record but this team is much further away from being good than I thought it was at the beginning of the year.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave

You keep saying this. There isn't any fooling going on. They were 11-6. They lost all their games to teams with 2 or 3 losses who are clearly superior. Then a game against the Bears where they benched a bunch of guys.

They're about as good as the other teams in the league with 6 or 7 losses. That's what their record is, so what fooling is going on?

After a rough 2nd drive by the Eagles Offense the Packers D has looked legit.

Kudos to Hafley for making adjustments and holding steady despite the offense laying a full dozen of eggs

Let's just start spearing them. Hell, the refs aren't calling it, so let's put a helmet right into Lane Johnson's shoulder so that he can't use his right arm.

Still a winnable game(somehow), but wow do we need something to change on offense.

On defense, it becomes clear that getting Williams back at safety (moving Bullard to slot CB, Nixon to outside CB, and Stokes to the bench) has been a bigger move than getting Alexander back at CB.

Walker and Cooper could be a very interesting combo in the future.  Would love to see Cooper at MLB and Walker at WOLB, but still...

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

I fear the Eagles will get their heads out of their rectums and feed Barkley a lot in 2nd half.

They keep it up and one of the guys will never walk again.

Maybe never breath again.

The defense kept it manageable but I don't think it's a winnable game realistically. The defense played a half that was necessary to compete today and got zip from the offense.

Missed FG, horrific interception when kinda driving. It's been the same script from all the losses this year.  There is definitely a gap that needs closing with where the Packers sit in the top 12 or so teams to get into the top 5.

Whatever happens to this defense the rest of the way, the outcome is on MLF and this offense. They did everything within their power to make this a game outside of holding them to 3 on the opening 20 yard drive.

It’s a bit troubling that Hafley showed up from BC and turned this defense around in a year and Matt Lafleur is in his 6th season of trying to run an NFL offense.

There are some glaring personnel deficiencies on that defense too.

I will forgive him if we pull this one out.
