Patrick will pitch like no other;

He will do it for his mother!

Rasmussen will be nervous against his old team;

His pitches we will cream!

Go team!

I’m impressed that Contreras is trying to tough it out by playing through an injury. But he isn’t helping the team batting fourth if he can’t swing a bat with any authority.

Small wonder the Brewers are struggling to score runs with black holes batting third and fourth to go along with the ones playing 3B and SS.

With the bottom third of the order providing so little, they really should go back to Turang leading off & Chourio 2nd. Chourio is starting to warm. Let's try to get SOMEONE on base for him (Yeah, I know Turang has been slumping. Still, I couldn't help but watch the 12-pitch walk he drew after the HR Friday. Would like to see that flipped).

If he's ever going for a third win in a row, will we see 'hat trick' coupled with Patrick?

Nobody is hitting worth a darn and the defense has been shoddy at times.  It's gonna be a long season...

Opponent scores first, Brewers lose.

I'm sick of losing ... what an awful & disappointing season so far

Not sure if I'm more frustrated with the way the Brewers are playing (yes, I'm aware of all their injuries) OR the "defenders" who continue to remind us "it's early" (we are officially 25% of the way through the season)

This is not a major league playoff quality team with 4-6 players at the bottom of the roster who add zero value

And - I'm not sure Woody offers more than Myers (just yet) ... I like Myers more so than Priester & don't understand or agree with Myers being demoted today (yes, I'm aware that he will return soon & that we get an extra bullpen arm in Peguero)

Oh.  I didn't hear about Myers.

Would you rather watch the Rockies or the Brewers every day? Rockies at least there is some weird excitement to see how bad they get. Brewers are just super boring.

lol

We watch the Marlins when the Crew isn't playing.  They aren't bad but NOBODY goes to those games.  Home games are sad.  It looks like a nice indoor park but they don't get fans to attend unless they are playing the Mets or Philly.

I was busy calculating how much more money Yelich is still owed when that happened.  He needs to earn $78 million more with shots like that!

Thank God those aren't the only options. And honestly - I only want to watch the Brewers & root against the Cubs (& now the red-hot Cardinals).

It's really not even about the wins and losses. When you can't hit games tend to be boring anyway. I definitely think they can turn it around but if not go young and sell the rest.

Same results through four innings from yesterday and almost same pitch count.  Myers gets sent down, Patrick gets the 5th and a third time through...
