I usually like Ron Darling a lot, but he's totally homering the cubs.

Gotta wonder how much of that is the assumption 85 percent of the audience would be cub fans....but that doesnt account for  the baseball fans without a dog in the hunt watching who hate the Cubs

I think that's spot on.  My guess his producers pointed that out repeatedly.

Kind of funny, the Cubs board was complaining they are pro Brewers.  Matter of perception I guess.

I'm just saying, because people don't agree with opinions of others, it doesn't mean they are bad opinions.  I get what you are saying, but this board occasionally has a difficult time accepting opinions that don't agree with their own.

Yeah, a troll is a troll, but it's not good to automatically think opinions that disagree with your own are all bad.

*steps off soapbox*

I hear ya... but sometimes people aren't... exactly genuine about their opinions.

I've been on both sides of "The board."

But in that ONE case... he's a clown. But I don't think he should be banned or anything.

Hell, the Brewers take care of business and we won't see him again until.... next year(probably a new name).

Most "neutral" announcers will "root" for one team by saying "Team X really needs a stop" or "Team Y has a really great offense"... It's all in what you hear.

I think he has said some silly things... but not overtly biased one way or another.

"Rock, sometime, when the team is up against it, and the breaks are beating the boys, tell 'em to go out there with all they got and win just one for the Uecker. I don't know where I'll be then, Rock but I'll know about it; and I'll be happy."

Have to wonder if what Chourio is dealing with is a fatigued hammy but not an injured one.  Just something that didnt get fully strengthened after he did pull it a few months ago - and it has him balky but its not like its strained on the verge of tearing.  He is still just 21 and hammys are a big old muscle group that is still developing.

I cant see the Brewers letting him hobble around in the OF/basepaths on what they know is a damaged hamstring.

I don't know that he's even "pro-Cubs," but he's rooting for the Cubs to come back right now.

I'd be inclined to think that's due to him wanting good Baseball, but it's still annoying.

Jared Koenig looks like he could be JJ Watt's brother (just not Derek or TJ).

Again, it seems like he's more just "rooting" for a close finish, but... it's still annoying.

On the other hand, that 100MPH heater from Koenig is not annoying.

I sure hope not. A 3 run bomb is more than enough payoff. Keep him healthy
