Brewers-Cubs NLDS Game Four Thread - 10/9/2025 @ 8:08PM

I’d care more if Woodruff was healthy. But he isn’t and I’m guessing he wouldn’t pitch at all in the NLCS (at least def not as a starter).

For that reason I can’t think of a worse Brewers team in the playoffs, maybe 2020? This wouldn’t feel like a missed opportunity, many of the years prior is when we really blew our shot at a WS.

Regardless of how many people point to Peralta’s 2025 stats - I’ve never trusted him & wasn’t excited to see him pitch tonight - especially on the road

Just got home and see they can’t get out of the first again. Almost makes you want to throw Uribe or Megill in the first. I know that isn’t reasonable, but my gosh.

PCA bunting with 2 strikes. I don’t have a lot of faith in us winning this, but maybe the Cubs can stupid their way to a loss.

For real? This is undoubtedly our best team since 2019, probably 2018

I'm much the same but someone has to start and they've all done the same thing anyway.

Down 3 before I got home.  I know I was in the minority, but I will die on this hill.... Freddy should have started game 5 at home if needed.  If we lost tonight with our ace going at home in game 5 you still feel good about it.  Lose tonight with Freddy on the mound and that's probably the season.
