King has a really good changeup that LHBs have to respect and look for.  Hides and tunnels it really well.  For his career, coming into this game he had the exact same OPS vs. LHB as RHB - 0.650.  Mitchell isn't the only LHB who has watched FBs from King go by down the middle.

Not sure if it’s just the dad brain affecting my ability to read, but what does this mean? Why would the Brewers need to resort to the scrap heap when Lara is slashing .329/.429/.517 and is a superior defender?

I get the idea of trying to get yourself in scoring position with 2 outs… but that was not a great decision.
