Tellez is the Braves version of Sanchez for the Brewers

veteran bat with occasional thump … slow runner who frustrates fans to no end

I love Sanchez even if he challenges dumbly.

yeah i like pratt's measured approach. seems to be looking for a soft liner over the infield each team. better than swinging hard and grounding out that we see so much of

One thing is obvious already. Pratt is far better at putting balls at play.

He has looked the part for sure.

Oh, I see. You're one of those guys that likes to use advanced stats to make things say anything you want them to say. As the old saying goes, there are three kinds of lies. Lies, damned lies, and statistics. Even if our pitching was better, it's certainly not wayyyy better like you said it was. I'll just go by the tried and true eye test. Unless the Brewers plan on using a two man rotation in October, I'll take the Braves pitching staff over ours every time.

Oh, I see. You're one of those guys that makes a rash emotional statement and then with presented with actual evidence that indicates otherwise gets angry and starts attacking stats in general because his "eye test" is supposedly superior to everything.

It’s the 9th inning. Why wouldn’t Murphy challenge that? That’s literally a free out.

Not something you can challenge

What other MLB pitchers have as much movement as Ashby’s pitches? I’m always amazed & impressed by the up, down, in, & out movement on his pitches. Truly incredible.

I’d hate to catch him. I’d really hate to hit against him. And I’d really really hate to be the umpire behind the plate deciding balls & strikes when Ashby pitches.

Pretty pissed off I benched Albies on two of my fantasy teams today because he played the Brewers.

Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Statistics, and especially advanced stats like XYZf123 or whatever, give a false illusion of indisputable, scientific proof, allowing people like you and your ilk to present manipulated facts in a way that deceives people more convincingly than a simple lie ever could. I'd actually take a supposed antiquated stat like ERA over XYZf123 any day, which the Braves have a lower one over us.

And right on cue, our supposed way better pitching loses us the game.

Insane decision making once again by Murphy. This team just lost two games with Miz and Harrison. Swoon coming up.

To clarify why not have closer pitch against 234? Just because another guy throws lefty? Jeez
