Turang literally doesn't even try to stop the ball from going into center.  And no, there was no chance to get Adames Jeff and Vinny, it was a piss poor throw by Sanchez and why are you blaming Pratt being late to cover the base when it wasn't his responsibility with a right handed batter at the plate.  So much stupidity in one play.

No shot at the out, but if it wasn’t his bag, he’d have been going behind. I’m wondering if they were anticipating Susac to go opposite field and thus it was his bag against the righty? It looked very strange.

This was a winnable game that we never seemed to intend on playing to win, both prior to the game and during the game.

Credit to skip he stuck to the gameplan

Could've easily stole this game.

Not sure if the numbers support this, but to me Ashby is one of the last guys I'd want to bring on with runners on already due to his walks and wild pitches.    I think they were lefties coming up today so probably nitpicking a bit, but still

He definitely should only enter with no one on.

This is five days removed from him saying that it's hard to win a baseball game.

It’s ridiculous that we have to “steal” games

This team really could use a bullpen arm or two. There’s Megill and Uribe and then a whole lot of crossing your fingers.

I just meant that that were behind 3-0 right away.  so to me sneaking out a victory late in a game like that is stealing.   Its baseball, you're gonna lose around 40% of the games you play no matter how good you are

yea hopefully Ashby's shakiness the last few weeks has made this too obvious to ignore.  He needs to be moved down a peg and not be the kind of 7/8 inning man anymore. kind of get back to what he was

This is about as irritated as I have been with a game this season. I usually take the 1/162 approach but Cubs red hot and team losing focus is not a great combo. Brain dead management today to put the cherry on top. Frustrated.

Aaron Ashby being our best LHRP is a major problem. This guy is not reliable enough to be a high leverage guy at this point. Among Brewers relievers with 10 IP, Ashby is last in WPA (win probability added) and has two times as many meltdowns (lowering win probability by more than 8%) as the next most in the bullpen. He has 10 meltdowns and the next closest is 5. His 10 is more than our two other leverage relievers (Megill and Uribe) have combined (9).

Pretty embarrassing all round this now but you never know one good inning can turn things around
