It’s a sad irony. We are resting up our decent pitchers and acknowledge we can’t win against a quality pitcher with our bats. 
 

that’s why the WS will remain unattainable for us. Enjoy a playoff win and/or NL Central champs…our bat arsenal goes cold  when things matter.

But he only gives up 3 runs every 2 innings, Just means we need to score at least 14 runs. Or 2 touchdowns and a field goal.

Yeah, I'm not a fan.   If someone is going to be interviewed in the booth and we don't have the split-screen, fine...  but not sure what this adds to the broadcast.   Just show me the game

Its not just the outfielders.  Vaughn has looked terrible on defense lately as well.

Dropping a can of corn routine flyball is the bottom of the barrel worst offense you can commit on defense in the majors. It’s a 2-1 game at worst without that right now.
