Anderson is on the IL. He could only return if he had been optioned.

I’m really happy and grateful for the offensive output the last two nights. 

Having to burn up numerous high leverage arms in a game that we scored 13 runs isn’t acceptable. Guessing Murphy will be a little ticked about it, as he should be.

I think Sal needs to be buried on the bench and Lara needs to be every day. 

Harrison is a curious case… I think he’s tipping something and the book is out. 
 

Hamilton needs to also be on the bench and Ortiz every day. 
 

want to see Lara and Ortiz prep for the playoffs by playing vs all handed pitchers.

A disappointing finish of 5-8 still gets to the franchise record.

Not the most comfortable win after putting up 13 runs and having an 8-run lead. Rather have the outcome than a loss, but that should’ve been a low-leverage bullpen game.

Getting the pitching set up for October appears to be a bit more complicated than in a typical division winning season with a likely first round bye.
