I don't understand why Dodgers and Padres have been able to hit Miz's fastball like it's 92

Because he hasn't been able to throw much of anything else. Where's the curveball?

MLB hitters make adjustments, simple as that.

He's either in the zone or no where near the zone.  If he's no where near the zone, it's pretty easy not to swing and if they see it's going to be in the zone, it's going to be pretty easy to make contact.

I think there’s something more to it than that.   102 is still 102

Pretty much just a repeat of his last start.

Yep. Garbage. High pitch count, hitters able to foul off EVERYTHING! WHY? If hitters are making adjustments, adjust back!

Right, and hitters have figured out his heat...They've adjusted.  lol

Nah...

Hard to say exactly where the ball is here, but if they call it safe on the field, I think it’s standing.

No.  There’s something else to it.

Tough for the team to believe it's different this year when our supposed ace is pitching identical to playoff Freddy Peralta.

Dodgers have real pros up and down the lineup and a great rotation.  This is just not a good matchup.

but it's not like every guy suddenly forgot every piece of advice he gave
