Iron Eagle voted 2nd best worst movie of all time, and the other 12 as well.

None of Sly Stallone's movies are remotely entertaining though, IMO, they are just bad, like sitting on a cactus naked.
Obviously you've never seen Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot!

Hey, I like Steven Siegel -- when I was growing up I always wanted to learn his super ninja moves to take over battleships or oil rigs. Dude is so knowledgable he could be the Dalai Lama or something....

GI Joe the Movie was never theatrically released. It was originally slated for release, but due to prouduction delays and the poor showing of other animated films, never met with release, and was instead shown on television. First as a feature length film, then as a 5 part mini-series.

A similar thing happened with Bravestarr: The Legend. As it was killed after a small opening in LA and never recieved any further release. But it actually played in a theater, even if it was only for one week.

Though you are right, this is slightly different from V, and V: The Final Battle, which were mini series specifically made for TV.

I stand corrected. I remembered the movie posters, and knew that I saw it on video, but always assumed there had been a theatrical release. Never knew it went direct-to-video. I bow to your knowledge of all things theatrical.

(Wish I had "ears of the wolf" to have heard the conversation in which a Bravestarr movie was green-lit. Someone was drinking too much sweetwater. And yes, I'm embarrassed that I can drop those kind of references for a show that I barely watched 20 years ago.)

Under Siege co-starred the lovely Erika Eleniak as well, who later complained that Steven was just shocked she had no interest in sleeping with him.

Erika was possibly the most beautiful woman to have been in her prime in the early 90's.

Agreed - wholeheartedly. She was one of the first Baywatch babes. Not to mention as a young girl she was the object of Henry Thomas' affection in ET.

Agreed. By the way, it took me awhile to get past the "Twin Billing" link before I got to the movie list. http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/eek.gif

What about Commando? Nothing like raiding an island full of 1,000 bad guys, killing them all and getting your daughter back

Classic!!

What... no Snakes on a Plane?

Okay... I have to go with Jurassic Park 2.

The Stallone movies reminds me of one of my favorite SNL sketches, where Norm MacDonald is in a car accident, Sly is the first one to show up on the scene, and Norm spends his dying moments making fun of all of Stallone's movies.

"I don't know what's worse - being in this car accident or being helped by the star of Judge Dredd!"

"No, no, you're right. You know, [Over the Top] was an excellent movie, now that I think about it. After all, you know, it does combine the emotional drama of a custody child hearing with, uh.. ARM WRESTLING!!

Big Trouble in Little China - John Carpenter and Kurt Russell doing what John Carpenter and Kurt Russell do best.

I agree, one hundred percent. I believe Big Trouble in Little China truly is the best bad movie I've never seen.
