Not in this thread you're not because I voted for tails too. I had to flip a coin though, if it was heads I voted for tails and if it was tails I voted for heads. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I voted tails. It always works for the coin toss in Madden. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

Tails has a .500 BA. How can you beat that?

Ned takes out Tails for a defensive substitution and we lose http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/tongue.gif

I'm waiting for RLUZ to declare which has the better chance of winning.

A coin will land the same side up as it was throw 51% of the time.

The odds of a nickel landing on its side edge is 1 in 6000.

That's all I got.

Then what we need is a choice in the ballot for "Choose the side that is already showing". That there is no such choice is a reason to be very, very angry with the Brewers management this year :p

Idiots, heads is the choice here. In a "playoff" situation like this, you go with the proven winner, the guy thats been here before, and thats heads. You don't go with some up and comer that has no "playoff" experience.

Let's pause a moment to reflect on how fortunate we are to be able to have a thread about this. http://static.yuku.com//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/smile.gif That said, I cannot believe we are having a thread about this.
Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

If the Brewers lose the toss I'm going to boo.

I went with heads. I mean, really, George Washington's been getting consistent playing time, lots of appearances, good track record, steady performer. Tails on the other hand.... Delaware, New Hampshire, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Missouri.... Not enough appearances, inconsistent playing time. North Dakota's been playing well lately, but it screams small sample.

By my estimates, there's a 11% chance that the Brewers end up in a tie with at least one opponent at the end of the year. If we assume that the difference between the win probability of playing a game at home vs on the road is 8% (that's league average), this coin flip is worth almost 1% with regard to the Brewers' odds of making the playoffs.
