It's not on Yelich, it's on Murphy... (but I do think Yelich has to have a conversation with Murphy sooner or later and volunteer to move down in the order) I guess that might not even help as stubborn as Murphy seems to be. Maybe he has even already volunteered to move down but pancakes ignored the request?

Joey has been hitting for a while now, not sure why everyone is surprised.
  3. TURBO
    Chourio *sigh*

Yelich just bought another 2 weeks at lead-off.

We are at the point of the season where we just have to put our best line-up on the field daily. No more caring about hurt feelings, or managers pet garbage. Murphy has to sack up and do what's best for the team, period. I don't think he has it in him to be honest.

    100% agree.

Again, it was a great trade, just stating a fact, we could have used him this season at our black hole position.

Did I say I wasn't happy? It was a great trade for us. I stated a fact, we could have used him... He's been on a bit of a heater for a little while now. No need to use fancy words like contrarian when not necessary.

Wow, you aren't kidding! Just finished the season, GREAT SHOW! They did Yellowstone justice for certain!

We certainly could have used Durbin this season...
  11. TURBO
Sadly, that is exactly what I'm expecting. His arm and his velocity is such a risk, it might be the best decision to be honest.

    That seems fair to me...

    Speculation, nothing more...

Brewers GM Matt Arnold indicated that Lance McCullers Jr.'s next outing could take the form of a major league start. Arnold also indicated that fellow acquisition Colton Gordon will likely head to Triple-A for now. If McCullers, who has been on the IL for two months with shoulder inflammation, is activated, one imagines he’d be part of a six-man rotation the first time through. He could bump Robert Gasser afterwards if he proves worthy. McCullers made his last start July 7, giving up four runs — two earned — in four innings for Triple-A Sugar Land. - Matthew Pouliot

Think better, as in, think of better players... That was not a dig at your thinking ability. Thanks for telling me how to post though.

Think better. We don't have to settle for Michael Wacha types with our farm system. That trade would absolutely bum me out.

I'm not saying this for any other reason than I truly don't know: Is there still a pro-bowl? Didn't they switch to some flag football event or something? Seriously, the pro-bowl hasn't been watchable for decades, I can't even tell you the last time I tuned in...

    Who is Blake Burton?

You are new here, so you don't understand my post, no biggie... Carry on.

Toy Story 5 - disappointing - good message, but just didn't enjoy the film much. - meh

    I'd double barf!

I wouldn't, Freddy is washed... Been horrible for quite some time now. The only saving grace for him would be that he would be familiar with us, and maybe that would make him better? I'd pass.
  24. TURBO
Oh, so we are just MAKING hot takes, not calling out bad ones from other posters? Much better concept!
  25. TURBO
This will surely be a GREAT idea...
