I'm still confident in the team and feel they still have a decent chance of going to the World Series. When teams like the Giants and Cardinals win the World Series there is no reason to believe the Brewers can't do the same, it doesn't matter at all if they back in or not or if they are considered boring.
I remember going to an event at Miller Park a number of years ago and Ulice Payne was excited about introducing gold jerseys, shirts, caps, etc. I guess it has never really cought on.
I like to take canal also, I did that yesterday when I saw the long line to get into preferred I just took canal and it went rather fast. I just don't think many people know about canal or are not familar enough with the area and are afraid of getting lost or stuck in a bad neighborhood.
If you are looking for a decent price I think a Sunday game when football is on is your best bet. Game 2 on a Sunday against the Phillies in 2008 was much cheaper than game 1.
I think I would leave Peralta in AAA for 2012 and then he'll be in the rotation in '13 after Wolf/Marcum/Greinke leave. I'm also intrigued what they do with Scarpetta, I don't believe he is ready for the majors but I don't know if they can get much for him in a trade either but he is out of options. I would like to see Green and Gamel start and have McGehee available for both postitions just in case.
I would say there is very little chance of you owing any money claiming married 0 unless you are making a lot of money in the stock market or have some other income you are not withholding on.
That last week was fun but also very stressful, the Weeks three run HR was actually Friday against the Cubs and then they got beat pretty easily by the Cubs the next night which made that last game on Sunday tension filled. The couple weeks before that last week were also pretty bad because they played so horrible and it looked like they would miss the playoffs again by choking at the end of the season. Looking back it is fun and I had some great memories but I would much rather have the Brewers keep on winning and have that last series against the Pirates mean absolutely nothing because they could just as easily blow it this time around if they keep it close.
I was never a fan of Bill Michaels but will give it a try as the D List has a horrible format with their lists from listeners that are extremely boring, their "A" list guests and free food Fridays.
All the bids were from fake bidders to basically stick it to the seller, I doubt hardly any of these people that sold these gnomes on ebay actually will receive any money.
I thought this would be fun to do with my son when he gets a little older. Hopefully the Brewers think this out a little better in future years as I blame them as much as anybody else for the rather poor planning.
You can still take the Mitchell exit for preferred parking and while it is recommended you get preferred parking passes in advance I don't think it would be a problem if you are getting there at 12:15. It is expensive though at $18.
One thing I liked about Macha was he let Axford go a couple of innings when things were going well. I never understood why the Brewers were so high on Green.
I needed a couple of extra for friends and walked up to the window about 3:30 on Saturday and they still had some left. If you are close to Miller Park it might be worth giving it a shot as they release tickets up to opening day.
