  1. Same here, I am just going to get the free MLB that T-Mobile gives and then fast forward through games in the morning before work or have it on in the background since I work from home right now.
  2. There are some flash forward scenes that you won't understand but I might even recommend BCS before Breaking Bad so you don't know who lives, dies or will not appear in Breaking Bad.
  3. Finally got around to seeing the Joker and it was bizarre watching as it was like somebody wanted to combine The King of Comedy and Taxi Driver into one movie while making the main character the eventual Joker. Add in the fact that Robert De niro was in this movie as well and I now can't blame Scorsese for not liking comic book movies as even comic book movies that are more artsy are just rip offs of a couple of his movies.
  4. I am pretty sure no one is suggesting that unless you are looking at the first couple of pages when the trade first happened in 2018.
  5. Kind of random but I was scrolling through Twitter this weekend and Doug Russell from WTMJ got blasted by career minor leaguer Cody Decker for defending the Brewers making this trade, said Russell should punch himself in the face for thinking that and that the trade would haunt the Brewers forever. I don't have anything against Dubon but there have been some extreme opinions around him over the years, even going back to when Dubon was predicted to be the next Brewer to be inducteded into the Hall of Fame by ESPN.
  6. Controllable through 2024. First arb eligible in 2022 Actually depends on if the Brewers see him as part of the bullpen now or not. May have a full six years of control through 2025. Of course it may not even matter considering he is already 29.
  7. I have never been a huge fan of Dubon's but not the return I hoped for out of the #3 prospect on the Brewers per MLB Pipeline and a future HOFer.
  8. Good one, but since it was posted a year and a half ago probably wasn't.
  9. You are stating that like it is fact he will be a 825-850 OPS player but highly likely he is better than that.
  10. Braun stunk most of September 2008 but had a grand slam walk off in the last home stand and the 8th inning home run against the Cubs in game 162. Braun was great in September 2011, as well as pretty much the whole year. He hit the game winning three run home run in the bottom of the 8th against the Marlins that clinched the division with a few games to play.
  11. Well before the last week I’d say he was probably not as great as they look now. Still really good. A lot of people were hoping he would have a nice breakout moving to Miller Park instead of Marlins Park...then at his age a lot of people are hoping for a nice breakout that way. Now I think he has turned his stats into the best of his career...though not as much as one would have hoped with the parks he plays at now. I guess I don't understand that last part. I expected maybe a few HR bump but certainly not a 30 HR type of guy that will win MVP awards. His numbers were not as great a week ago but still above career norms. I think expectations were too high, he was still selected as an All-Star and rightfully so.
  12. Yet there are people disappointed and underwhelmed by what he has done. Not sure what people were expecting or why their standards were so high.
  13. Brinson has had a real nice month of June thus far so maybe he is turning it around somewhat. Defense has also been real good. I would still make the trade but Brinson can still have a long, solid career.
  14. Would take Yelich over Ozuna still if money was not an issue in the future. Think Ozuna has a better chance to bust, certainly had a great year in 2017 though.
  15. I am excited to watch the left handed hitting on base machine Yelich play at Miller Park for the next few years. I may cringe if any one of Brinson/Diaz/Harrison turn into All Stars but Yelich in his prime should be fun.
  16. You have to be within 100 yards of the theater and the tickets have to be day of. Could in theory go to the theater on a Saturday morning, check in and get the tickets and come back later. My wife and I have a pass so we have to buy separately but use one of the kiosks and purchase right next to each other so we sit together still.
  17. I don't know if they are must see but did see Blade Runner 2049 and Happy Death Day over the last week. If you are a fan of the original Blade Runner you should try to see it in theaters still, looks beautiful on the big screen. Happy Death Day was much better than I thought it would be and the main actress was very good. Think Groundhog Day but instead of just waking up every morning you are killed every night before waking up the next day. Typically don't see a bunch of movies but I signed up for MoviePass and I have enjoyed it thus far, can see a movie a day for $10 a month and it works fine at the Marcus Theaters that I go to.
  18. Also, were you mentioned at all in the articles that the Journal Sentinal was doing during fantasy camp?
