    Yes in the division. They didn't clinch the division until 7 games remaining because they went on a bit of a cold stretch after clinching the playoff spot and the Cardinals were in the midst of that massive win streak, but they had clinched a playoff spot with 16 games left. They were 89-55.

    I feel you there although like I said earlier the pitchers Stanley had to work with was unfortunately a shell of what he had to work with all season. So many of the pitchers who carried the work load for the Mudcats this year have either been promoted or were on the IL for whatever reason. Knoth, Galindez, Letson, Woodward on the IL. Rodriguez limited to a small role. Birchard, Durow, Figueroa, Maldonado, Brailin Rodriguez, Root, Dikember Sanchez, Timmerman all at A+

    What was yours and the crowd's reaction to that send in the bottom of the 9th to Lara being sent and being out by like 20ft?

    Brewers were up 14 games on 9/12 in 2021 and clinched a playoff spot on 9/18 with 16 games to go.

    He was also outstanding tonight outside of 1 bad pitch to Encarnacion that was hit for a double. Canha just had a great piece of hitting against a good pitch. Devin was locating extremely well tonight. Just based on how he pitched it was one of his best nights this year.

    Yeah I had to double check the roster after I turned the video on because it still said Hunt and he looks extremely similar to Hunt. I was right with you though wondering why on earth Hunt was still out there and over pitch 100.

    That's just a horrendous send from Estevez at 3B with 1 out and Luke Adams coming up. Unspeakably bad. Lara was out by about 20ft.

    Grounder to Pratt who has a farely routine play at 3B but he fumbles the transfer and runners on the corner with 0 outs...not good

    Oh brother. Bayden Root gives up a leadoff single and then spikes a FB about 3ft outside for a wild pitch on the very next pitch. Go ahead run on 2B with 0 outs.

    Wow that's horrendous defense from Vargas in LF. What should have been a warning track flyout to end the inning turns into a go ahead RBI double because Vargas started coming in on the ball that went over his head.

    Wisconsin had runners on the corners with 1 out and Ramon Rodriguez pinch hitting against a LHP for Matthew Wood grounds into an inning ending double play. Rattlers down 3-2 as we head to the 7th inning.

    Carolina's pitching staff by the playoffs was unfortunately just a shell of the pitching staff that it was during the majority of the season. Outside of Manuel Rodriguez basically every single good pitcher was either on the IL or promoted by the time the playoffs showed up and it showed in the series.

    Pinch running for a guy on 2B who isn't the tying or go ahead run seems pretty pointless.

    Yhoswar Garcia pinch hitting for Blayberg Diaz hits a ground ball to the pitcher to end the Mudcats season. Sad end to the Mudcats season 2 years in a row.
