    One name to keep an eye on is RHP Eric Prado signed out of Mexico (believe he is on DSL Brewers 1). Brewers signed him for $130,000 which is a pretty huge amount for the Brewers to give a pitcher.

    We almost had ourselves a Quero and Chourio HR night but Pensacola's Griffin Conine said "No thanks" to that. Here's him robbing Quero of a HR.

    Cam Robinson's nightmare 2023 continues. Faced 5 hitters and only got 1 out. 2 doubles and 2 singles. Score was 6-1 when he entered the game and it's 6-3 with runners on the corners when he left the game with only 1 out. He's in serious danger of being DFA'd when Urias gets removed from the 60-day IL on Tuesday.

    Yes it was. Also Frelick hurt his thumb sliding into a base as well (happened the same night as the Mitchell injury)

    They also did pitch to him. The pitcher got down 3-0 and that's when they intentionally walked Adames.

You're so vocal about Ruf being terrible because 2 teams DFA'd him but now you want to trade for a player who got DFA'd despite having options available?

    Why would we trade for him with Miley and Lauer both set to return soon? Teheran and Rea have been great filling the depth through the injuries.

    We have the 4th best record in the NL, so Plesac would need to clear through the entire AL and all of the NL except LAD, ATL, and ARI for us to pick him up. Considering he still has options, I doubt he makes it to us.

    Against a LHP, I really hope they don't give him the day off. Would love to see him at SS tomorrow.

    Today has been the inverse of the Toronto game for Houser. I even think the xBA against him is higher today than it was in Toronto.

    Feel like this ump has had a tighter zone today but he's been super consistent the whole day. Really good performance from him so far.

    Smith certainly could make the MLB but to this point he's shown no signs of improvement since being drafted that would lead me to believe it's likely or even realistic. He just reminds me of Ethan Small but with worse stuff.

    Cardinals just swept by the Pirates and now head to Texas to play 3 against the red hot Rangers. They have the worst record in the NL right now.

    I hope what happened to Small last year isn't happening again. He pitched well before being promoted then got rocked in the MLB and was never the same again in AAA last year.
