  1. So looking at the ACL roster we have 29 players active between 2024 holdovers and these additions. I put Hayden Robinson on long term IL even though he's currently listed as active just because he had TJ less than a year ago so it's hard to believe he's active. With 29 active players on the ACL roster that has my count at 156 of the 165 stateside slots being filled. This does include Ty Duvall on the Sounds Development List just because I'm not sure what to do with him. I wonder what's going on with Dylan O'Rae.
  2. I'm personally going with 15-13.
  3. Don't want to steal @RobDeer 45's thunder but with the Brewers playing at 1:10 tomorrow, thought this should get posted tonight. What are your May predictions? Here's how the schedule looks. 1 @ CWS 3 vs CHC 3 vs HOU 3 @ TB 3 @ CLE 3 vs MIN 3 vs BAL 4 @ PIT 3 vs BOS 2 @ PHI
  4. It really looks like they rushed Myers back too quickly. He just doesn't look good.
  5. Brewers didn’t lose 4 games in a row at all last season. This year they’ve lost 4 in a row two times in the first month. When you’re a team built to win on the margins and your bullpen stinks and your defense and baserunning have regressed, it’s difficult to win on the margins
  6. Murphy's decisions with pitching moves has frankly been extremely confusing this season. Seems like his logic on when to pull SP changes every game. Also he and the front office need to get on the same page with regards to Payamps. Murphy's refusal to use Payamps when up big or losing has potentially cost us games already and could have longterm implications if we burn out some other bullpen guys. Like tonight, Payamps absolutely should have pitched the 8th inning. We were down 3-2 with Helsley an elite closer coming in the 9th to face Collins, Capra, and Durbin. That's an extremely unlikely win even down just a run so Payamps needed to be the guy. Instead he used Anderson the day after overusing Anderson cost the Brewers a win because he was unavailable for the 8th inning and they had to use Alexander.
  7. Per Jeff Hem during the broadcast, Ernesto is dealing with a right thumb issue so I was woefully off thinking it was a right thigh issue. Though I got the correct side of the body haha
  8. Honestly who cares. Are you going to post after every single start? We get it. The Brewers messed up. This belongs in the MiLB alumni thread not constantly being posted on the main forum.
  9. They need to give Chourio a few days off and send him to an optometrist while he has those days off.
  10. Well it's not me. It's every defensive statistic that says Adames is bad defensively.
  11. I never mentioned Ortiz. Just mentioned that Adames defense has been bad this year and was bad last year. We don't miss his defense. We miss how he hit last season.
  12. Adames has -6 DRS and -3 OAA this season lol. He's been one of the worst defensive SS in MLB
  13. Chourio has seen 8 pitches outside the strike zone and has swung at every single one of them. 100% chase rate tonight. Just absolutely horrible.
  14. Outside of Mitchell in CF and our catchers it honestly has been bad. Mitchell is at 5 FRV and 2 DRS. Our catchers are at 4 FRV and 1 DRS. So Mitchell and Catchers are at 9 FRV and 3 DRS. The rest of the roster is at -2 DRS and -7 FRV.
  15. It's gotten unwatchable today. If a player puts the ball in play you don't eve get to see where the contact point because the CF camera is so far behind that the pitch hasn't even gotten halfway to home by the time they pan to the camera behind home plate and even then the ball is already out of the infield or to the infielder when the camera switches. Probably pushed near 2 seconds now in the video desync. Just take me back to 2024 and the home plate camera. That was better than this crap.
  16. I really hope Biloxi can figure out how to work their broadcast. It's just so bad. The delay between the CF camera and the other cameras is only getting worse.
  17. Heyman posted a weird list within the last week or so and shortly deleted it but a lot of people suspect that it was a list of people who took PED and there were so many players. Geoff Jenkins was on the list. Like all the good players from the early 2000's Cubs were on the list.
  18. So I went back and watched the Ernesto CS situation. Seymour threw a pickoff attempt then Ernesto took off on the next pitch after that. It looked like maybe Ernesto was rubbing his thigh after the pickoff attempt and he did seem a bit slow getting back to his feet. Then he was caught stealing. It's tough to tell because we never got a clear shot of his face jogging back to the dugout but it did look like there was maybe a grimace as he jogged off the field and if I'm super hyper analyzing maybe the slightest of limps with his right leg? Certainly nothing that would make you think it's serious or long term but speculating I'd guess it's something with his right thigh.
  19. Also I know it's only a 40 PA hot streak, but the Brewers should select Daz Cameron's contract. DFA Monasterio (he's never been DFA'd so he can't select FA and I very much doubt he'd get claimed), option Collins and select Cameron. I'm sure it won't translate to the MLB but he's just on a ridiculous heater right now. Collins is giving nothing to the team. Perkins is still a few weeks at best away from getting back to the Brewers considering he's just starting baseball activities. There's really nothing to lose.
  20. Also another very notable thing about his start tonight was that he held his velo the whole 6 innings. Granted it was only 76 pitches, but still seeing him sit 97-99 in the 6th inning was very nice.
  21. That start by Misiorowski was one of the best of his pro career. I'd definitely have it for sure in the top 3. His walk rate is still too high on the season at 13.5% but through his first 24.2 innings he's showing a pretty big jump in control. His zone rate on the season is at 50.2% and even though the BB rate is still high, he hasn't hit a batter in 24.2 innings. Now for most pitchers that wouldn't be very notable but for Misiorowski who had 1.7 HBP/9 coming into this season, that's a huge development. It's potentially looking like he's taken a leap.
  22. Yeah there should be plenty of space. From A to AAA the Brewers have 125 players on active rosters or short term IL (this includes Ty Duvall on the Development List in AAA but not sure if he's still actually playing).
  23. Hey @Brock Beauchamp can you delete my submission. I made a mistake on my list.
  24. The video de-sync for Biloxi for the CF camera has now become an audio de-sync as well. The current broadcast is unwatchable with volume on in my opinion.
